Our young, dynamic and growing business & professional language training organisation is founded on 2 clear principles:

1.  Continuous trainer development & support for ambitious trainers

Our trainers need to hold a recognised language training qualification as a basic requirement, but to succeed with us you'll need to demonstrate your ambition to excel. We'll provide the tools - internal online  training courses led by subject specialists, Q&A specialism forums and progress tracking. These programmes are based on our trainer-training server and cover ESL teaching techniques, role & sector based business language, communication skills such as presenting or telephoning as well as topics like learning to learn and NLP in training.

2.  Technology at the service of language learners and trainers

Quality face-to-face training remains a cornerstone of our approach, but is supported and extended by online and mobile contact points so our learners can access and reinforce their training when and where they want. We operate two in-house Learning Management Systems plus a learning-community and are developing new mobile applications to extend learner contact even further. We seek language trainers who have existing computer skills, but induction and ongoing LMS training is provided for trainers who wish to specialise in the world of online language training. We also put technology at the service of our training team - each trainer has a web dashboard where they can access their internal training courses and the client courses they are teaching, input training data, receive news updates and IM or email Professional Advantage Training's admin and training direction team.
