Executive Language & Communication Skills Coaching

Our coaching service differs from traditional teaching by placing a strong emphasis on learner independence and autonomy. Personal goals are achieved through inquiry, reflection, structured conversations, action plans and an understanding of personal learning styles. It is aimed at helping competent users of English achieve goals where traditional "advanced" language courses would have little impact. The client chooses their desired outcomes (goals) and then works with the coach to achieve them within an agreed timeframe. Coaching is a cost effective, flexible way of developing your people. Depending on the degree of change implied by the goals, an effective coaching intervention may take very few sessions.
